How long does it take to confirm my order ?

Order are confirmed once payment has been received. You will automatically be sent a confirmation email.

How do i know if my order has been dispatched ?

You will received an email once your order has been dispatched. For local shipping, it will usually take about 2-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Does THEFOURHEADS ship internationally ?

Yes, we do. International orders are sent via DHL Express. Orders will be charged postal fees accordingly. Please select your country during checkout to find the postal fees imposed .For international parcels ,estimated delivery times will be in 5-10 days. Recipient is responsible for the payment of any customs related charges (for example tax, duty fees) which may levied by government of the recipient country.

Can i track my order ?

Yes , all delivery options offered within Malaysia and for international customers can be tracked .You will be notified of the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.  

Can i cancel or return my order ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel,exchange or refund your order once it is paid .

What payment method does your side accept ?

We are currently provides one main payment gateway : Paypal. You will redirected to Paypal during checkout to complete your orders. You may contact us if you need other payment method .
